Using KinSend.
KinSend is provided by Ruth Technologies, LLC for adults aged 18 or older. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate; review every draft before sending. You are responsible for the content you provide, the recipients you select, and the messages you approve. Use the service only with a WhatsApp account you are authorized to connect and in accordance with applicable law and WhatsApp’s policies.
Your approval
Reminder and draft generation are assistance features. Messages require your explicit sending action. Notification actions open KinSend for review. Connectivity or provider failures can delay drafts, notifications or sending. A lack of a receipt is not proof that a message failed to send; check status before retrying.
Plans and subscriptions
Free supports 3 managed contacts. Basic supports 10; Plus supports 25; Unlimited supports up to 2,000. Prices, renewal terms and purchase details are shown by the applicable store before confirmation. Paid plans renew under the store’s subscription terms until canceled. Manage or cancel through your Apple or Google account; deletion of KinSend data alone does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in Settings > Plan. Changing plans can limit managed-contact access while retaining saved data.
App license and privacy
The iOS app uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Read our privacy policy for contact/message processing, Gemini drafting, notifications, retention, deletion, and recovery limitations. KinSend is independent of WhatsApp and Meta.
